职责描述: We're looking for someone to join the Document Production team within the Finance Operations department in Foshan, where you will be supporting financial document production activity for our stakeholders across the region and also help to support our regulatory requirement to translate certain publications and announcements to traditional Chinese. 1. Help with production activity of quarterly financial reports (e.g. document formatting) using the Wdesk system 2. Help provide support with the Chinese translation process 3. Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders 4. Resolve queries in a timely manner 5. Work closely with our teams in multiple country locations to succeed. 任职要求: 1. University degree preferred, but not essential. 2. Some experience in traditional Chinese translation of corporate communications would be helpful, but not essential. 3. Excellent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills 4. Publishing / printing knowledge helpful 5. Ability to work under pressure, in a team and individually to meet mandatory deadlines What you will need to succeed in the role: 1. High level of attention to detail 2. Good interpersonal skills 3. Any knowledge of the Wdesk system useful, but not essential. 4.
