The Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management.

The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.

Customer Risk Monitoring Unit (CRMU) plays an important role in monitoring crime risk under WPB and implementing risk mitigation, is a *** line of defense function within WPB CRM with subject matter expertise to conduct customer activity reviews and proactively identify and mitigate Financial Crime Risk.

1. Play a key function of the CRMU to support in identifying and containing financial crime risks; deter, detect, and protect the Bank from financial crime risks.
2. Drive a focus on risk outcome that each review needs to result in a sensible assessment of the risk and relevant recommendations.
1. Strong logical thinking and decision making skills.
2. Understanding of Financial Crime including Anti Money Laundering, Sanctions and Customer Due Diligence required.
3. Practical knowledge of financial crime processes including transaction monitoring and customer screening an advantage.
4. Degree holder with proven track record in Banking, or Risk functions preferred.
5. Good language, communication and presentation skills.
6. A keen eye for details and able to cope with stress to meet tight deadline.
7. Willing to learn and able to adapt new challenges.
8. Proficient English in both oral and written English.
